How to get the visa to China?

China requires visa from the visitors of most western countries. Normally there are two types of visas, which are applicable to most visitors:

Business Visa

If you come to China for participation of a trade show or other business activities, please apply business visas. Annvitation letter from the show organizer or your business partner in China is required, please submit the following information for your invitation letter:

• Personal information incl. your full name, gender, date of birth, passport number, company name, position, nationality, etc
• Reason to visit China and the cities you are going to visit in China
• Durations of your stay in China incl. date & port of your entry & exit
  

The show organizer or your business partner in China shall return the above information to you with their authorized signature and company chop. With this invitation letter, you are ready to go to China Embassy (or China consulate) to apply your business visa.

Tourist Visa

This is the most convenient and easiest way to get a visa to China. You could simply apply it through your local travel agent. But there are certain restrictions on the tourist visas like duration of stay, cities to visit, etc.
