The top-notch academic conferences are another highlight of China Med. After years of development, the level of the academic exchange has been continuously improved. This year, 9 conferences were held to explore the issues of orthopedics, ultrasound, radiotherapy, radiographic imaging, nuclear medicine, critical care medicine, laboratory, medical engineering and physical medicine & rehabilitation. Besides, China Medical Association and its branches, and Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering also hosted several seminars. What is noticeable is that for the first time, China Med has cooperated with the Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army to hold an academic conference. The conference paper and relevant feature stories would be published in the journal. Naturally, China Med has become an arena where representatives from international companies and medical scholars meet to explore the state-of-the-art technology and up-to-date medical developments.

Since the debut in the year of 1989, China Med has always held the tenet of internationalization and professionalization, dedicating itself to improving the quality of the services. Following 24 years’ successful stories, it has become the most influential, authoritative and representative exhibition in international medical equipment industry, providing the companies home and abroad with numerous business opportunities of market development and new products R & D, as well as a unique platform for exchange and cooperation.

The next exhibition will be held once again at China National Convention Center from March 28-30, 2013.
