In 2025, Messe Düsseldorf in China maintained a positive development trajectory, successfully organizing a total of 10 trade fairs covering sectors such as packaging, medical devices, rehabilitation, rubber and plastics, occupational safety and health, wine and spirits, and caravaning. These events collectively attracted 8,525 domestic and international exhibitors and 438,000 professional visitors, with a total exhibition area reaching about 607,000 square meters.

Inbount Shows achieved outstanding results in 2025
The exhibitions are presented below in the order of their opening dates.

 

*CIOSH 2025 brought together 42,893 exhibitors from 18 countries and regions, covering nearly 80,000 square meters of exhibition space and attracting 1,446 professional visitors. Through displays of cutting-edge products and technologies, in-depth industry dialogues, and immersive interactive experiences, the event fully showcased the innovative vitality and development potential of China's occupational safety and health industry, further solidifying its position as a leading trade and exchange platform in China and Asia.


*CHINAPLAS 2025 concluded successfully in Shenzhen on April 18. As a premier global event for the rubber and plastics industry, this edition demonstrated its remarkable global influence and appeal with impressive figures: over 380,000 square meters of exhibition space, 4,616 exhibiting companies, and 281,206 professional visitors.


*ProWine Hong Kong 2025 concluded successfully at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on May 16. Against the backdrop of structural adjustments in the global wine market, the fair gathered nearly 200 exhibitors from over 20 countries and regions and welcomed 12,090 professional visitors, continuing to serve as a bridge connecting the global wine industry with the Greater China and Northeast Asian markets.


*As the exclusive subsidiary event of the world's largest caravanning show—CARAVAN SALON DÜSSELDORF—All in CARAVANING (AIC) 2025 is dedicated to bringing the world's premier professional caravanning exhibition to China. The entire exhibition period attracted 18,268 visitors, a strong increase of 51.29% compared to the previous edition. Among them, 365 were international visitors, once again highlighting AIC's international character. This year, the indoor and outdoor exhibition area reached 27,000 square meters, providing a broad and efficient platform for business negotiations. A total of 100 domestic and international exhibitors showcased their latest products and innovative technologies.

*In August, Medical Fair China and REHACARE CHINA were held concurrently. The two fairs together attracted 16,317 professional visitors, an increase of approximately 44% compared to the previous edition. This year's events gathered over 300 renowned companies in medical device manufacturing, production, and R&D, as well as more than 100 leading rehabilitation assistive device enterprises, showcasing industry trends and future directions.


*The inaugural Organic Festa Asia, co-created by IFOAM Asia and Messe Düsseldorf (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., concluded successfully at SNIEC on September 5. Within a 7,500-square-meter exhibition area, the fair brought together 234 exhibitors from 13 countries and regions, attracting nearly ten thousand professional visitors.


*As the premier trade fair for the professional wine and spirits industry in mainland China, ProWine Shanghai 2025 gathered approximately 630 exhibitors from 29 countries and regions. International exhibitors accounted for over 75%, demonstrating the fair's exceptional global appeal. It also welcomed 21,590 professional visitors, with an increasingly diverse buyer composition and significantly enhanced cross-regional participation. Official data shows that non-Shanghai registered visitors accounted for 51.2%, further confirming ProWine Shanghai's nationwide reach and platform value.
*This year, swop celebrated its 10th anniversary milestone in 2025 and spectacularly ushered in a new era as interpack China with record-breaking scale. This edition covered over 70,000 square meters of exhibition space and gathered 950 renowned exhibiting companies. Over the three-day period, it attracted 43,090 professional visitors and buyers from 122 countries and regions, a year-on-year increase of 30%, with overseas visitors accounting for 17.5% of the total. Furthermore, starting from 2026, swop will officially be upgraded to "interpack China." This strategic upgrade is a key step in expanding the global perspective of China's packaging industry and means it will fully share the powerful brand resources, extensive international network, and deep professional expertise of the interpack alliance.

Overseas Business Flourishes: Messe Düsseldorf China Empowers More Chinese Companies to Go Global
As the parent company of Messe Düsseldorf in China, Messe Düsseldorf reaffirmed its leading position in the international trade show industry and its importance as an economic powerhouse for the region. In 2025, the company successfully staged a total of 81 trade fairs worldwide, with 26 held in Düsseldorf, Germany. Simultaneously, the Group is pushing ahead with new business activities across multiple markets. 19 new events are planned or have already been implemented for the period from 2025 to 2027, including seven premieres in Düsseldorf and five new formats in the Gulf region.

Chinese exhibitors have become the largest overseas exhibitor country for Messe Düsseldorf Group, accounting for approximately 15% of all exhibitors. In terms of net exhibition space, China ranks first from outside of Europe and secured the 3rd position in total. The number of Chinese exhibitors reached record highs at world-leading Messe Düsseldorf events such as boot Düsseldorf, EuroCIS, ProWein, BEAUTY & TOP HAIR, CARAVAN SALON Düsseldorf, K, and A+A.

While deepening its presence in the Chinese market, Messe Düsseldorf China is also actively expanding its overseas footprint. The second edition of CIOSH Thailand concluded successfully at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC) on June 6, 2025. Co-organised by Messe Düsseldorf Asia, Messe Düsseldorf Shanghai and the China Textile Commerce Association, CIOSH Thailand continued to serve as a strategic platform dedicated to advancing PPE (personal protective equipment) workplace safety sourcing opportunities in Thailand and the region. This edition gathered over 240 exhibitors primarily from China, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, and Thailand, showcasing cutting-edge PPE and safety solutions. CIOSH Thailand attracted a total of 2,562 professional trade visitors and industry experts, including 34 organized visitor groups, facilitating high-quality and targeted business interactions on-site. The number of decision-makers and professionals from key sectors such as construction, logistics, and manufacturing was particularly notable. Additionally, invited buyer groups from key industries in the Bangkok metropolitan area, such as construction and manufacturing, participated in the fair, specifically seeking solutions for fall protection, safety footwear, and respiratory protective equipment.

Outlook 2026: 10 shows to be staged in China

In 2026, 11 of Messe Düsseldorf in China's exhibitions will be taking place, with the biennial wire & Tube China and All in Print China also making their grand return. Among them, the 10th All in Print China will utilize all ten halls of SNIEC, covering an exhibition area of 120,000 square meters—expanding by one hall compared to the previous edition to meet the growing demand for showcasing digital and intelligent innovations. On that occasion, over 1,200 exhibitors will gather to present cutting-edge technologies and innovative achievements, expecting to attract more than 120,000 visitors.

 

In 2026, a series of globally top-tier industry events will also be held in Düsseldorf, Germany, including boot Düsseldorf, Euroshop, ProWein, XPONENTIAL Europe, BEAUTY Düsseldorf & TOP HAIR, wire & Tube, interpack, CARAVAN SALON Düsseldorf, MEDICA, REHACARE INTERNATIONAL, glasstec, and VALVE WORLD EXPO, among others.
